Cancellation policy is solely to avoid no-shows & late cancellations. I require atleast a 24 hour notice if you are needing to cancel or reschedule as this is my livelihood and someone else could have potentially used that appointment. I respect your time so please respect mine. Deposits are required at the time of booking and are non-refundable if appointment is cancelled within the 24 hours of your appointment time and deposit is lost if you no-show. I will reach out to you on the phone number that was provided for the deposit. No extra fee’s will be charged to your card that was used at the time of booking unless I am needing to implement my no-show and cancellation policy.
